My Health & Wellness Goal

Now Lifestyle Plan.

I am now 74 and I want to be the same weight that I was when

I played Rugby Football for Kenya Harlequins First Team,

in Nairobi, Kenya from 1961 to 1969.

I was between 170 lbs  to 175 lbs in the 60’s and 70’s

I ate and drank as much as I liked, but there was no computers

to sit and click most of the day.

I am now 190 lbs to 195 lbs.

I am going to try the following Lifestyle Now, and keep daily

stats. I am going to do 4 things I like doing daily

and 4 thing I dislike doing daily.


1. Eat as much as I like eating daily.

2. Drink as much as I like drinking daily.

3. Do as many Internet Businesses as I like daily.

4. Spend as much time I as I like on Facebook


I dislike doing the 7 minutes of #PMMF exercise every other day.

I dislike walking for 30 minutes every day.

I dislike doing Dahn Yoga for 30 minutes every day.

I dislike drinking more than 3 glasses of water daily.

If I can do the 4 simple things that I dislike, so as to Reward myself

for doing the 4 things I like, I will continue to enjoy this Lifestyle for the rest of my Life.
